According to our agreement, orders that are shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium (not exclusively) are shipped with PostNL, with the shipping costs amounting to € 6.50 (incl. VAT). With this courier you also have the option to deliver an order to an address other than your billing address (for example as a gift). In Europe, the shipping costs are between € 14.00 and € 20.00 (incl. VAT). depending on in which country/European zone the shipment is delivered. Further worldwide deliveries have a shipping cost of € 25.00 (incl. VAT) or more, depending on the country of destination. However, the cooperating courier will always depend on which carrier can best handle the delivery in the fastest time (for the most reasonable price).


Orders placed and paid for on working days (Monday to Friday) before 3:00 PM (if in stock) will be shipped the same day from the Newside Amsterdam location by our trained staff. If the product is not available at the desired time, we will always first try to get the product(s) through other providers. If this fails, we will send you a message, as this usually means that the product(s) will be delivered a few days later. If you do not agree with this effort, you can cancel your order and the amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded directly to your account.

Delivery time in the Netherlands and Belgium

If you place an order on a weekday (Monday to Friday) before 15:00/15:00, it will be delivered the next day. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be combined with Monday and next Tuesday shipments. If you choose to transfer the invoice amount by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after we have received the payment (please note that this may take a few days).

Packing and receiving the order

Every online order is picked, packed and shipped by our trained staff from Neweside's location in Amsterdam. When you receive your order, the packaging itself will be completely discreet. We do not use any marketing materials or logos on your package other than the address label and courier sticker(s). On the label itself you will find 'M***N BV' (and not Newside) as the sender, to guarantee the privacy of the customer. In addition, your order will be shipped in a bubble envelope or in a regular box.

Delivery attempts

Newside has an agreement with all shipping couriers that must be signed for all shipments/orders/packages. If not signed, it is agreed that the package may under no circumstances be delivered to the neighbors. If you/a person is not there to receive your package, the courier will arrange an extra delivery attempt.

track order

At Newside it is possible to track your order after it has been shipped from our store. You will receive an email with a 'Track & Trace' code (this is a free service). You can follow your package closely with the Track & Trace number/code. Alternatively, you can track your package by creating an account on our website. By doing this, you can track your order in real time and track where it is currently (i.e. in store, packed and ready to ship, on delivery route, etc.).

Pick up order

If you prefer to collect your parcel from our Newside store (Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 156), please choose our click-and-collect option when completing your online purchase. Your order will be packed and ready to be picked up within 15 minutes.
