Return Policy

Return policy As a consumer (ie the buyer) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. After you have received your order, your withdrawal period expires within 14 days of receipt. If you receive several items within one order spread over several days, the withdrawal period applies up to 14 days after receipt of your last delivery.

If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, you can use the European model form, but you are not obliged to do so. You can exercise the right of withdrawal by first completing the Newside return form and sending us an email to info@mynewside.com confirming that you have completed the steps required on the return form.

"If you cancel the entire agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including shipping costs, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your cancellation."

We are entitled to withhold the refunded amount until we have received your order from you or you have provided evidence that the items have been returned (whichever comes first).

When you make use of your right of withdrawal and have informed us that you have completed the return form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail as soon as possible. To comply with the withdrawal period, you must notify us of the item(s)/product(s) no later than 14 days from the date on which you decide to cancel/return your order and communicate the difference of opinion to us. You are on time if you return the item(s) to us before the period of 14 days has expired. Return the aforementioned item(s)/product(s) by enclosing the original packing slip or - if you no longer have it - a signed note with your order/invoice number with the return shipment.

The following conditions apply to returns: 1. Our products are sold sealed for hygienic reasons. These products cannot be returned if the seal is broken. 2. The articles may therefore not be used and must remain unworn.

Returns Exceptions

Due to hygiene regulations, you can only return the following items if you have not broken the seal: - Lingerie, underwear and stockings - Bondage toys - Cords - Sex toys (products intended for genital and/or anal contact) - Nipple pumps - Nipple decorations - Condoms - Drugstore items (sprays, gels, tablets, etc.)

After receiving and checking your item, we will send you the replacement product within 2 working days. Note: Please read the above conditions and exclusions carefully before returning anything. We cannot reimburse returns that fall under the exceptions. In addition, we charge shipping costs (if and) when you want to return these items.

If your product stops working within 30 days of receipt and you haven't done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please contact info@mynewside.com to request an exchange for the same item. Make sure you include all accessories and packaging so that the product can be exchanged. In the event that we no longer have the specific item in stock, a voucher will be issued for the full price paid.

If your product stops working after 30 days and you haven't done anything unusual to stop it working, you may be eligible for repair or replacement from the manufacturer. If you are not sure whether your product has a manufacturer's warranty, we will state it at the bottom of the product description.
