Newside Warranty Policy

Newside guarantees the usability and/or soundness of the products supplied by Newside, in accordance with the specifications offered. The statutory warranty rights apply to all goods, which you as a buyer can invoke in appropriate cases. The date stated on your invoice is the effective date for the warranty. The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from Newside, both online in our webshop and offline in our store. Legal guarantee means that a product does or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also include a manufacturer's warranty, this warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

No claim can be made under warranty if: A product is damaged by intent or negligence, A product is damaged by misuse or negligent maintenance, There is normal wear and tear

In the event of an unfounded complaint, the costs incurred will be for your (the buyer's) account. However, if a product is defective, or if the product you ordered does not function or does not function properly, please contact our customer service to request a warranty form.
