As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within a period of 14 days without giving a reason. After you have received your order, your withdrawal period will expire within 14 days of receipt. If you receive multiple items within one order spread over several days, the withdrawal period applies up to 14 days after receiving your last received delivery. You can exercise the right of withdrawal if you notify us in writing of your withdrawal by post or by e-mail.
If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, you can use the European model form, but you are not obliged to do so. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail as soon as possible. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
"When you revoke the entire agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, including shipping costs, as soon as possible and in any case no longer than 14 days after we have been notified of your cancellation. We will pay you back in the same way that you used to make your original payment. You will not be charged for such a refund. We are entitled to wait to refund until we have received your order from you, you have demonstrated that the items have been returned, whichever is the earlier.
You must return received articles no later than 14 days after the date on which you decide to cancel and communicate the agreement to us.

You are on time when you return the items to us before the 14-day period has expired. Add the original packing slip or - if you no longer have it in your possession - a signed note with your order number to accompany the return shipment.
The following conditions apply to returns:
1. Our products are sold sealed from a hygienic point of view. These cannot be returned if the seal is broken
2. The articles may therefore not be used and must remain unworn."
Due to hygienic regulations, you can only return the following items if you have not broken the seal:
• Lingerie, underwear and stockings
• Bondage toys
• Sex toys (products intended for genital and / or anal contact)
• Nipple pumps
• Nipple decorations
• Drugstore items (sprays, gels, tablets etc.)
After receiving and checking your item, we will send the replacement product to you within 2 business days.
Note: Read the above conditions and exceptions carefully before sending something back. We cannot reimburse returns that fall under the exceptions. In addition, we charge shipping costs when you want these items back.
If your product stops functioning within 30 days of receipt, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, please contact email@example.com to request an exchange for the same item. Please make sure to include all accessories and packaging in order for the exchange to be issued. In the event that we are out of stock of the specific item, a store credit will be issued for the full price paid.
If your product stops functioning after 30 days, and you have not done anything unusual to cause the product to stop working, you may be eligible for repair or replacement from the manufacturer. If you are unsure if your product has a manufacturer’s warranty, we list it at the bottom of the product description or feel free to contact us.
